Dear Senior Officer,

Raising awareness against roadside garbage

I would like to draw your attention to garbage being thrown on the road by civilians instead of inside the designated trash bins. It is irresponsible that people are not shameful about the efforts taken by garbage men to clear the garbage off the road or the stray animals who eat the trash, thinking of it as food. Littering is rampant and ubiquitous across Kandivali, releasing an awful odour and disturbing everyone living nearby.

Garbage Thrown on the Road by Civilians

The results of waste neglect of this kind will result in society descending into chaos. If not dealt with firmly, there can be a chance of accumulating more trash and causing more health issues amongst civilians. If we do not take action, the matter can aggravate and become more complicated in helping people against health issues.

I would urge the corporation to create awareness about cleanliness in the form of posters and podcasts. If you require any further information, feel free to contact me on 91900 *****. I hope you will give the matter due consideration.

Creating Awareness about Cleanliness

Yours sincerely,

Reyaansh Goradia
